I had planned to give a surprise to my wife on the day of our wedding. After a while of looking at designs and some market research I got back to Nirmal and explained what kind of a ring I was looking for and I found one of the options he created for me quite similar to what I had in mind and immediately told him to go ahead with it. The service was amazing, all I had to do was select the design and everything else was taken care of. Once the ring was ready it turned out excellent and I was very happy with it. And the best part was the price was almost close to half of what I had seen for something similar at an online jewellery portal. It was then that I realised that online shopping isn’t exactly cheap at least in jewellery shopping, it’s all big advertisement. The end result was my wife was extremely happy with the ring and she was impressed even before seeing the ring because it was so beautifully packed. We loved the presentation as it added the X-factor to the surprise. Am glad to have gone ahead with Nirmal although I was a bit sceptical initially as he was new in the industry, but he kept up to his word and delivered the best. Thanks a ton.

I have known Nirmal for quite a few years now as we had a few mutual friends. So while generally talking about our professional life I came to know he has gotten into bespoke jewellery and it was just a few months before I got engaged. While I was looking for a ring at different stores we happened to meet again and he told me that he has come out with a concept of proposal rings. It sounded pretty fancy and so I called him over to show me a few designs. I must say all the designs he showed me were very elegant. I zeroed in on a ring finally and asked him the price. The next day I happened to go to a couple of stores to check out similar patterns and the price was almost 40% more at a reputed store for diamonds in T.Nagar. So I decided to go ahead with Nirmal and placed the order and within 10 days he had given me the ring with a fancy box giving it a personal touch. Just a while ago I happened to pick up a ring for my mom from the other store that I had visited to compare the prices and frankly speaking I prefer what Nirmal had given as the finishing of the ring was much better and the shine lasted much longer than the other ring. He provides the best diamonds with the same lab certificates that’s issued by the stores. If I have to choose between a big showroom and Omorfi, I would go ahead with Omorfi for sure, because the prices are much more reasonable compared to the showrooms and the service more personalised.

I wanted to let you know everything went great. I must say that the engagement ring is stunning and she has got nothing but compliments. Everyone loved the ring. Really a great touch. I would like to thank Nirmal for helping make this happen. The best part with Nirmal is you don’t have to worry about the quality as he uses only the best diamonds and also educates you about the different qualities. I bought these set of earrings for my daughter and she loves wearing them. In fact it’s a lovely design and they charged me quite reasonably as well. I am extremely delighted with the product and the service.
